• Foreigners who are citizens of the countries on the list are eligible for electronic visas according to the provisions of Decree No. 7/2017/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam.

• Deported from Vietnam no more than 3 years from the effective date of the deportation decision.

• Due to disease prevention, natural disasters, national defense, security, social order, and safety.

• Foreigners are forced to leave Vietnam no later than 6 months from the effective date of the forced exit decision.
