• You must fill out forms NA2 and NA16 online.

• Provide the Business Registration Certificate of your sponsor company.

Then, the Vietnam Immigration Department will process your application within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the necessary paperwork, which your sponsor firm will complete.

If visitors' applications are approved, a letter approving their request for a business visa to Vietnam will be sent to their sponsor organization.

Get a business visa stamp in step two

Before traveling to Vietnam, you must complete this step by having a business visa stamped on your passport at the Vietnamese embassy or consulate in your country.
